Walmart on Garden Rd, Burlington

Dear Walmart,
You could have made some money today. BUT.............for some reason you do not have your employees trained correctly. 

I had 8 coupons ($3 each) on Gain Dryer Sheets.  The dryer sheets were $1.83 each.  When I went to purchase these, the cashier did not know how to ring them up.  So she went and got a manager. Then the manager told me she could not let me get them because the coupon was more than the price.  I told her I have been there many times and that they just adjust the price to the product.  She still would not let me get the dryer sheets with my coupons.  She said I had to get some over the amount of $3.  I told her that was not true, just give me my coupons back and I will go to another Walmart that knows what they are doing.

Now.... Garden Road Walmart has some big issues.  These people need to be properly trained.  They do not realize that You Walmart would have came out on the good end of this.  You would have earned $1.17 for each coupon you redeemed by adjusting the price .  So when you would have turned these 8 ($3 coupons) in , I would have gotten my 8 Gain Dryer Sheets free by using my coupons, and you would have earned besides the $1.83 each, an additional $1.17 x 8 equals $9.36 more. So please, please, please, educate your employees on how to do coupons correctly..


And you know what.............. I just said the heck with it.  I will go use them somewhere else. And I did.  So guess what Walmart on Garden Road,  it was your loss.

OK Folks,  Needless to say I was a little mad at them today. 

Walmart on Graham Hopedale Rd did not have the 80 counts to buy today.  They said they will have them Tuesday and the one in Mebane doesn't have them either. 

I got mine at Family Dollar.
