Today I got a call from the new Manager at Walmart on Garden Road. I told him I was not trying to get anyone in trouble. I just want his employees to be more educated about their coupon policy. I told him about how they would not let me use the $3 coupons to get free Gain Fabric Softner. They said that I could not get anything free and I told them that was not so. I told him that Walmart would have gained from my coupons if they would have keyed in the $1.87 because they would have gotten the $1.13 when they turned in the $3 coupon. And I had 8 so they would have gained about $9.04 from my coupouns. I also let him know that I have been trying to learn each stores coupon policy and that I thought it should not be all that hard for his employees to just learn theirs.
He ask me if I would come back to Garden Road again. I told him, I wasn't sure because I have had so many problems with them not understanding the coupons. I told him I went to Family Dollar to get my fabric softner.
He said he was going to work on teaching them to understand better how the coupon policy works and offered to give me a gift card for my inconvenience. I told him, I still did not want to get anyone in trouble just educated.
So folks it never hurts to try to get to the problem. The manager said he wants people to get in touch with him on issues they have.
The way I got through to Walmart................ Just look on the net for Walmart Corporate office and look for customer service.. You will write what problem you are having and then they will get a manager from the store of the complaint to call you. Mine was successful.
