Take this past Sunday's Walgreens sales flyer to Walmart and price match the Oral B toothbrush that's on sale. These toothbrushes fly off the shelf at Walgreens when on sale so they are probably gone by now. Walmart's policy is that you do not have to have the sales flyer to price match. Reasoning? Their cashiers should be trained each week on competitor store prices. How many cashiers do you know who could memorize all the sales at all the stores around town??? I don't think that I could even do that. Walmart doesn't train their employees very well concerning coupons so I can't even imagine that they would take the time to train them on all local sales. Soooooo, to be on the safe side, take your Walgreens flyer with you. Go ahead and turn to the correct page and circle the item you want to price match. This saves times and helps out the cashier.
