I went to Dollar General in Graham at lunch and they will according to
the manager and the district manger no longer honor coupons that make
something free even if you are paying the tax. Which is strange because
they get there money back from the manufacturer.

I looked up the Dollar General Coupon Policy and found this
" Coupons for free items are only accepted if a purchase is required to get one free "
I am assuming they mean if your coupon says like buy one get one free, then you would get one free.
All coupon policy's are different. that is why I encourage everyone to look up the coupon policy's.
Maybe if we email massively to Dollar General they would change it
