Tomorrow only (October 28th), kids ages 12 and under can enjoy a FREE Scary Face Pancake (no purchase necessary!) from 7AM-10PM at participating IHOP locations. This oversized signature buttermilk pancake comes with a whipped topping mouth and strawberry nose and is served with two mini OREO® cookies and candy corn on the side to allow kids to create their own Halloween hotcake. Limit one free pancake per child 12 and under.
