The Green Bag Tag is located at the register for 99 cents.
It is worth having because
when you scan your CVS red card
and then the Green Bag Tag
on every 4th visit you will receive $1.00 ECB's on your receipt.
make sure you bring a bag with you so you can put your purchased items in it.
this is also why you have the card.
