Hey Folks,
Sorry I haven't put anything on today.  I will be working on it afterwhile.
Harris Teeter will be up by tonight.  I have been to the Veterans Hospital today
with dad and he is having trouble with his eye again.  Please pray for him.
and I will try to put some other goodies for you to. 

One thing I would start concentrating on.  The inserts in last Sundays paper had some
really good coupons.  Like the $1.25 of Ziplocs.  And some other that were 75 cents or higher.
They will be great when Harris Teeter super doubles again.  So start maybe jotting down what
you have and put a sticky note on the front of the inserts.

Myth
The coupons in the Sunday paper are for products I don't need or are not food coupons.

Wrong.....
If cereal, milk, canned goods, frozen goods are not what you need, I am puzzled.

And
remember I didn't need all that Maalox that time but it bought me 3 cans of shaving cream.

I keep all my coupons, cause you never know when they will help you purchase another item
